    Journey and Memory

    February 2, 2023 /

Liz Cox is an artist working in acrylic, mixed media, collage, and hand-made paper. Her work ranges from semi-abstract natural landscapes to more textural intuitive paintings which invite the viewer to interpret the work. Many of her paintings are layer upon layer of color, texture, markings, glazes or paper that create depth and a sense of history…that something else came before the layer seen on the surface. Liz lives and works in Northwest Arkansas where she enjoys the colors, patterns, and textures of the world around her and is inspired by the beauty of God’s creation and personal experience. She is energized by the creative process and tries to communicate…

    The Art of Chainmaille

    January 22, 2023 /

Chris Hartley’s artwork is a modern day approach to a historical metal working technique known as Chainmaille. He simply takes a roll of wire and spin it into a long coil and cut it into jump rings to link and create works of art. You may meet the artist and purchase his work at Rogers Experimental House, 121 W Walnut Street.

    Indian Rajasthani Dancing Woman

    December 8, 2022 /

I’m a self-taught, independent, versatile artist with whimsical thoughts that reflect my passion and interest in art. Inside me, resides a small little girl, who still believes in magic. That belief is what inspires me, and I get my ideas from the nature of that magical world that somehow overlays on top of reality. Growing up in India, I have lived across different states and have been exposed to different cultures, languages, and art forms. My art style is an amalgamation of my diverse…
