    Wood and Metal Collage

    US Air Force Veteran Ken Meyer has dabbled in woodworking for more than 30 years. He made a couple of moves in the past few years and decided to get rid of his wood shop tools, but recently decided to exercise his creative muscle again. He creates these beautiful sculptures and collages using metal, wood and various found objects. He was married to his first wife for more than 60 years. She passed away but he struck it rich a second time and now he and his wife Donna have more than 120 years of marriage between them. We consider them relationship experts.     Fostering a creative and supportive community of Veterans through music

    Musicians affiliated with Soldiers Songs & Voices Northwest Arkansas will be performing vocals and a variety of instruments from 4:30 – 5:15 p.m. on Veterans Day at 121 W Walnut Street, Rogers, Ar.  Soldiers Songs & Voices is a non-profit organization providing free instruments and songwriting lessons to veterans as a form of post-conflict care. This collection of musical veterans are dedicated to the well-being of our returning veterans. The mission of this non-profit organization, based in Fayetteville and serving all of Northwest Arkansas, is to Foster a creative and supportive creative community for Veterans through music instruction, performance and outreach.
