    Repurposed materials become incredible Art

    September 4, 2021 /

Janie Baber of Fayetteville, AR is a self-taught acrylic artist whose art, highly textured, colorful and often including mixed media, is usually created on repurposed surfaces. Florals are a favorite subject but she also enjoys painting whimsical animals and abstracts but will try any subject.  Her affordable price point gives the average person an opportunity to enjoy original art in their home or office.

    Reverie No. 326

    September 4, 2021 /

Ruth Lawlor is an abstract painter from Northwest Arkansas “I find inspiration every time I step outdoors and feel fortunate to live where I am surrounded by nature. My fascination with non representational art stems from an interest in design and the challenge of communicating an idea or mood with simplicity. I view non representational art as a means to convey ideas about the intangible and ethereal.”

I am a recent college graduate that graduated with a BA in Fine Arts from Arkansas Tech University in December of 2020, and I am glad to have an opportunity to share my art with my Arkansas community in NWA. I primarily work with digital illustration and painting, but I also use other media as well, such as pen and ink, charcoal, and pastels. Portrait study of a older man, and 3 guitars.

    September 2, 2021 /
