In Sweden, the connection to nature is an integral part of daily life and has therefore always been my greatest source of influence. It inspires me in a very peaceful and meditative way, similar to my creative process. I channel these emotions into my work by creating images that illustrate a sense of calm and reflection.
By borrowing influences from analog photography and adding similar esthetic qualities and textures, I abstract the motif and blur the line between reality and imagination, the present and the past. I strive to create images with a sense of history, leaving you to create your own narrative.
