Her dual love for animals and painting evolved into a fun hobby creating custom pet portraits. And now living in Arkansas of course she is a fan of calling and designing hogs. In addition to creating her own art, she is an avid promoter of the creative economy in NW Arkansas. She serves as VP of Downtown Development for the Rogers Lowell Chamber and has the opportunity to interact with creative business owners and artists and makers…

My philosophy of art is that any art that I enjoy making and you and others enjoy looking at is good art. I want to create art that makes my heart sing.

    Constance by Denise Sagan

    March 29, 2024 /

I painted Constance in an online workshop. Some people are comfortable in front of the camera and Constance is one of those rare people at a young age. I truly enjoyed painting her because her innocence and beauty were hard to ignore.

    Mindscapes by Doug Randall

    March 29, 2024 /

I call my art “Mindscapes”. I see what I want to see in my mind and I paint it. It’s a composition of places and experiences, which create illusion and emotion. My work could be abstract, impressionistic or traditional. I love the play of colors and how they complement each other. Many of my patrons have said “it reminds me of someplace that I have been” and for me that’s what it is all about.

    March 29, 2024 /

I’m a watercolorist that is greatly influenced by the Impressionists and Post-Impressionists. My work is representational, yet distinct for it’s quality of comfort and use of color. I work constantly out of an inner drive to paint.
